Shanghai Zhuopeng Technology Mechatronics Co., Ltd., a leader in intelligent textile machinery transformation, has established a modern manufacturing base in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. This facility leverages the operational entity of Jiangsu Zhuopeng Intelligent Mechatronics Co., Ltd., merging Shanghai's R&D strengths with Suzhou's scale production capabilities.

The manufacturing base is located at No. 199 Beihuan Road, Tangqiao Town, Zhangjiagang City, Suzhou. It features a modern three-story factory building with a total area of 3,000 square meters. The facility is designed for efficient industrial workflow, with a ground floor height of 8.1 meters for large equipment handling and planned installation of cargo lifts for optimal material flow across all levels.

Fancy Yarn Equipment
The company is a leading provider of intelligent fancy yarn devices, with over a decade of specialized R&D experience. Its devices are widely used in domestic and Southeast Asian markets.
1. Slub Yarn / Ultra-Short Slub Device
The ZP-20E series intelligent product utilizes mechatronic integration and digital servo drive technology. It achieves a slub control precision of 0.1 mm and a response time of 1 ms, ensuring consistent slub morphology even during machine start-stop or speed fluctuations. It features a color touchscreen for storing and recalling vast process parameters, with data transfer via USB or network.
2. Core-Spun / Comfort Core-Spun Yarn Device
Specifically designed for producing elastic core-spun yarns, it uses servo motors to precisely control the feed speed and tension of the core filament (e.g., spandex, polyester). The draw ratio can be easily set via the touchscreen, covering a wide elastic range (1%-600%) and accommodating core filaments from 20D to 150D.
3. Core-Spun Slub Yarn Device (ZP-20BZ)
An innovative integrated device that combines slub yarn and core-spun yarn functions. It can spin slub yarn or core-spun yarn independently, and more importantly, produce composite yarns with both slub appearance and elastic functionality, enabling multiple uses with one machine and expanding product diversity.
4. Segment Color Yarn Device (ZP-20F Type)
Employs a dual-feed servo control system. By independently controlling the middle and back rollers, it allows intermittent feeding of a colored roving, creating distinctive colored segments on the main yarn. This device is also compatible with slub yarn and conventional yarn production.
5. Ultra-Soft Yarn Device
The company's core patented technology product. By installing an adjustable-speed false twister in the spinning triangle of the ring spinning frame, this device alters fiber tension and arrangement to produce ultra-soft yarn with low torque, high strength at low twist, and a cashmere-like handle. Its detachable design facilitates retrofitting, effectively reducing ends down, ensuring twist consistency, and significantly saving energy.
6. Siro Spinning / Balloon Control Ring Device
Used for producing compact, low-hairiness Siro-spun yarns. The device optimizes the spinning balloon shape, effectively reducing spinning tension, lowering the end breakage rate, and improving yarn quality and production efficiency.
7. Variable Count & Variable Twist Device
Integrated into intelligent fancy yarn ring spinning frames, it allows dynamic changes to the yarn count (thickness) and twist during the spinning process, creating high-value-added fancy yarns with unique styles and gradient effects.
Intelligent Transformation

1. Ring Spinning / Cotton/Wool/Linen Single Spindle Monitoring Device
Monitors the operational status, end breaks, production output, and other data of each spindle in real-time. Enables refined management and quality traceability of the production process, providing precise data support for production decisions.
2. Fully Digital CNC Head Retrofit
Upgrades the traditional mechanically gear-driven ring spinning frame head to a servo motor-driven fully digital CNC system. Enables digital setting and stepless adjustment of process parameters, significantly improving equipment flexibility, process accuracy, and reliability.
3. Automatic Doffing System
Replaces manual doffing, achieving automatic exchange of full bobbins and empty tubes. Significantly reduces labor intensity and improves equipment operational efficiency. It is a key component in achieving unmanned operation in the ring spinning process.
4. Ring Spinning Bobbin Tidy Machine
Used for automatically organizing and conveying ring spinning bobbins. Works in conjunction with the collective doffing system to form a complete post-doffing handling line, further reducing manual intervention.
5. Automatic Cone Packaging Line
Achieves a fully automated packaging process from single cones after winding to finished product warehousing, including weighing, bagging, labeling, and palletizing, greatly improving back-end packaging efficiency.
6. Fan Energy Saving / Filtration System Energy Saving Retrofit
Implements intelligent retrofits for the high-energy-consuming air conditioning fans and filtration systems in spinning mills. Through technologies like frequency conversion control and on-demand adjustment of air pressure/volume, it achieves significant energy savings and consumption reduction.
7. Roving-to-Spinning Link / Spinning-to-Winding Link
Roving-to-Spinning Link: Connects the roving frame and the ring spinning frame via tracks and conveying systems, enabling automatic transport of roving packages and return of empty tubes.
Spinning-to-Winding Link: Directly connects the ring spinning frame to the automatic winder. Full bobbins are transported directly via tracks to the winder for subsequent processing. Both are core logistics systems for building continuous, intelligent spinning plants.
