1. The main program interface displays the production process intuitively, dynamically showing changes in various parameters. Furthermore, thanks to technological modifications, it addresses the inconvenience faced by Chinese workers who found the original all-English interface difficult to use; all menus and operation prompts are now in Chinese.
It is also very detailed, with the main menu including a run menu, twisting program menu, winding program menu, machine monitoring menu, and automatic diagnostic menu.
2. The twisting program and winding program menus allow users to view and modify existing twisting and winding programs. It also provides a function for creating new yarn patterns. Following the on-screen prompts, users input the new process parameters according to production requirements, and the results are saved to the hard drive for subsequent spinning. The run menu allows users to select the desired twisting program and input the corresponding process parameters to start the program.
3. In the monitoring program, the system collects and processes real-time status data, synchronously displaying on the screen the given speed of each motor, current speed, current position of the ring rail, pitch rise, current pitch rise count, and the current upper and lower positions of the ring rail. All data is transmitted to the data server in real time; the local machine only retains the most recent data.
4. Automatic diagnostic function detects and displays the operating status of all I/O ports, the D/A value of the given motor, etc., facilitating machine maintenance.
5. Protection alarm function: the program interrupts and calls back in case of power failure, motor malfunction, etc., for timely handling.
